Equipment Overview

The continuous water-cooling machine receives discharge from a blancher. Material enters the water tank for rapid cooling to stop the blanching reaction. It uses two-stage cooling with ambient-water pre-cooling and optional ice-water deep cooling, supporting continuous processing of products such as IQF vegetables.

  • Two-stage cooling: ambient-water pre-cooling and optional ice-water deep cooling.
  • Continuous conveying: variable-frequency stepless conveyor adjustment from 0.3 to 2 m/min.
  • Temperature control: with ice-water cooling, material discharge temperature is 5-12 C.
  • Hygienic construction: product-contact components use SUS304 stainless steel.
