Equipment Overview

The bubble washing machine is a continuous water-washing unit for the preparation of vegetables and fruit. It is used before sorting, cutting, blanching, air drying and other downstream stages.

It can operate as an independent washing module and connect with controlled infeed, discharge conveying and related preparation equipment. Interfaces and processing rhythm are selected for the material condition and required throughput.

Key Features

A vortex blower supplies fine bubbles through aeration pipes. The rising and bursting bubbles gently turn the material in water to help release surface soil and attached debris; the discharge end can include a secondary spray rinse.

Bubble action and conveying move the product continuously through the washing section. Bubble intensity, belt speed and spray-rinse arrangement are configured around material tolerance and production rhythm.

A sedimentation zone separates heavier debris, while filtered water can be recirculated. Filtration level, make-up water and discharge frequency are confirmed for incoming soil load, hygiene requirements and site water conditions.

  • Hygienic construction: stainless-steel structure designed for food-processing cleaning and maintenance.
  • Flexible configuration: water recirculation, spray rinsing and variable-speed conveying can be combined for the product process.

Reference Models and Configuration

Actual throughput depends on material type, loading condition and process requirements. Final configuration is confirmed with the project technical proposal.
