Equipment Overview
The batter dipper immerses products in batter to form a tempura-style coating on the surface. It provides continuous pre-coating for tempura products, poultry, seafood and vegetables.
It can operate as an independent unit within a coating line, connecting product placement or preparation upstream with breading or frying downstream. Batter formulation, belt clearance and conveyor speed are confirmed for the target product.
Key Features
The equipment is configured for continuous dipping, conveying and excess-batter control, helping products enter the batter evenly before the following coating stage.
- Dipping method: product passes through batter for surface coating in tempura-style processes.
- Adjustable belts: the clearance between the upper and lower belts can be adjusted for different product forms.
- Excess-batter control: a high-output air blower removes excess batter; final results depend on batter properties and product condition.
- Cleaning and maintenance: removable sections, a waste collection tray and an independent infeed belt support routine cleaning and maintenance.
Reference Specifications
Belt clearance, conveyor speed and interface arrangement are confirmed for the target product and process.
