Equipment Overview

The HMS series continuous frying system is designed for continuous food frying. Fryer dimensions and installed heating capacity are configured around product moisture content, frying time and heating method for a continuous frying process.

Key Features

  • Oil-level protection: when the oil level falls below the set level, the system automatically disconnects heating and gives an alarm to help prevent dry firing of heating elements.
  • Residue removal: pure-oil longitudinal or side scraping can be selected, together with belt-turning equipment for removal of residues from the oil and conveyor belt.
  • Automatic temperature control: maintains stable operation of the specified frying process.
  • Flexible configuration: fryer dimensions, heating capacity and heating method are selected for product moisture content and frying time.

Reference Models and Configuration

Fryer and overall dimensions, as well as heating capacity, are adjusted for product moisture content, frying time and process requirements. The final configuration follows the confirmed project technical proposal.
