Battering and Breading Equipment

Model / Reference: DJJ100-II

A mixing, temperature-holding and batter-supply unit for high-viscosity batters such as tempura batter.

Capacity: 100 LPump drive: 1.5 kWMixer drive: 1.1 kW
Batter Mixer

Equipment Overview

The DJJ100-II batter mixer combines batter powder and water with an agitator for high-viscosity batters such as tempura batter. Program control cycles between high-speed mixing and low-speed agitation and provides an alarm when the batter is used up, helping reduce batter settlement.

Key Features

  • Programmed batter mixing: high-speed mixing and low-speed agitation operate in a cycle.
  • Batter temperature holding: the mixing tank has a jacket that can use ice packs or a cooling medium to maintain 10-20 C.
  • Batter supply integration: fitted with a batter discharge pump for linkage with battering equipment.
  • Optional dosing: liquid and flour dosing equipment is available as an option.
