Equipment Overview
Material enters the feed chamber, where the servo system controls the feed stroke and a high-speed rotary blade assembly performs thickness-controlled cutting. A discharge conveyor receives the cut product.
Slice thickness, material temperature and incoming product condition affect the cutting arrangement and are confirmed against the finished-product specification.
The machine supports slicing and portioning in prepared-food and meat-product processing. It can operate as a standalone machine or connect with tumbling, coating and freezing stages.
Key Features
Servo-controlled feeding and blade cutting support standardized meat preparation. The final cutting result is selected for the material form, temperature and required dimensions.
- Servo feeding: controls the feed stroke for thickness-controlled cutting.
- Cutting range: slice thickness from 0.5 to 30 mm with 0.1 mm dimensional accuracy.
- Continuous discharge: a conveyor connects cut product to downstream processing.
- Hygienic maintenance: SUS304 contact surfaces and rounded structure support cleaning and maintenance.
Reference Specifications
Final selection is confirmed for material size, temperature and target cutting specification.
