Equipment Overview
The vacuum cooling tumbler combines jacket cooling with tumbling and mixing. Refrigerant from the built-in cooling unit enters the tank jacket; scraper paddles and mixing arms can operate together for mixing and tumbling meat materials.
The machine uses HMI control and can store processing programs and recipes. Vacuum speed can be adjusted for product-processing requirements.
Key Features
- Jacket cooling: the cooling unit supplies refrigeration to the tank jacket for low-temperature processing.
- Mixing and tumbling: mixing arms can operate independently or in the same direction as the scraper paddles to reduce dead zones.
- Removable, cleanable structure: scraper paddles and loading equipment are designed for installation, removal and cleaning.
- Vacuum control: vacuum-control range of 5-95%.
