Continuous Process for Fried French Fries
The process is organised from raw-material selection through washing, sorting, cutting, blanching, cooling, dewatering, frying, de-oiling, seasoning and packaging.- 01Potato Selection, Washing and SortingPotatoes are selected, washed and sorted before entering the cutting stage.
- 02Strip Cutting, Blanching and CoolingPotatoes are cut to the required strip size and connected to blanching and cooling.
- 03Dewatering and Continuous FryingDewatering controls product condition before continuous frying develops the target colour and texture.
- 04Continuous Frying and De-oilingMesh-belt frying develops the target colour and texture, followed by vibratory de-oiling and finished-product conveying.
- 05Seasoning, Cooling and Packaging InterfacesDepending on the final product, the line can connect to seasoning, air cooling, metal detection and weighed packaging.
