From raw-material preparation and cutting through thermal treatment, par-frying, IQF freezing and packaging inspection, each stage is arranged to maintain stable product condition and continuous production rhythm.- 01Potato Receiving and SortingPotatoes are temporarily stored, sorted and elevated before entering washing and peeling.
- 02Washing, Peeling and CuttingWashing, peeling, double sorting and strip cutting establish a consistent French-fries specification.
- 03Starch Removal and Two-stage BlanchingPost-cut washing, short-strip removal, two-stage blanching and colour-protection conveying organise the thermal-treatment stage.
- 04Distribution, Drying and Par-fryingVibratory distribution and drying create the required product condition before the par-frying section.
- 05De-oiling, Cooling, IQF Freezing and Packaging InspectionAfter par-frying, the product is de-oiled, air-cooled, IQF frozen, weighed, packed and passed through metal detection.
