Strip dimensions, texture targets, frying degree, and packaging format can be confirmed further around the project requirement.
FOOD APPLICATION SOLUTION

FOOD AND PROCESS SCOPE

PRODUCT FORMS AND APPLICATIONS
Strip dimensions, texture targets, frying degree, and packaging format can be confirmed further around the project requirement.
PROJECT EXAMPLE
Add continuous frozen par-fried French fries capacity for neighborhood retail, quick-service restaurants, and group catering.
COMPLETE PROCESS ROUTE
Wash and peel potatoes to prepare them for controlled cutting.
Cut potatoes to the required strip specification and prepare them for thermal treatment.
Blanch and cool the strips to support colour retention and starch control.
Reduce surface moisture before par-frying to establish the target structure and colour.
Freeze products individually and connect to inspection, weighing, packaging, and storage.
PROCESSING LINE OVERVIEW

KEY EQUIPMENT AND PROCESS CONDITIONS

Provides colour protection and starch treatment before frying.

Controls product setting and colour development during par-frying.

Freezes products individually before packaging and cold-chain handling.
CRITICAL PROCESS CONTROLS
Control blanching temperature and holding time so the fries receive the required colour protection and starch treatment without overcooking.
Set drying intensity and holding time to reduce free surface water before frying and maintain stable frying conditions.
Coordinate par-frying, cooling, and IQF feed rhythm to avoid sticking and maintain a stable finished-product structure.
CONFIGURATION DIRECTIONS
A continuous process route for the target French fries specification.
Optional modules can be adjusted for raw-material condition and product dimensions.
Configure the line around target capacity, plant interfaces, and available utilities.
CUSTOMIZED DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE
Organize the continuous processing stages around the raw material and finished-product objectives.
Define the equipment modules around production rhythm, automation level, and hygiene requirements.
Plan the layout around plant space, utilities, cold-chain, packaging, and storage conditions.
PROJECT DETAILS
A potato-products processor supplying foodservice and distribution channels.
The project combined 500 kg/h brush washing and peeling, hydraulic strip cutting, washing, belt blanching, ice-water cooling, two-stage drying, continuous par-frying, de-oiling, IQF freezing, sorting, and packaging under centralized PLC control. The configuration was planned around available plant space, budget, and market requirements.
